NEEDLE VALVE PARKER HGVS12 SINGLE PORT HVG SERIES

 

Parker’’s single port gauge valves with vent are purpose designed valves for operation with any fluid up to 6,000 psi (414 bar) rating.

Parker’s HVG series single-port gauge valves are rated at 6,000 PSI (414 bar) and provide a single 1/4″ NPT port for the optional fitting of a captive bleed/vent valve or blanking plug.

All HVG series gauge valves have a self centering, non-rotating spindle tip to ensure 100% bubble-tight shut-off and offer a choice of tip materials as well as PCTFE or PEEK seating alternatives to metal-to-metal, for gas applications.

As standard, the valves feature PTFE gland packing. Fire-safe graphite packing to meet BS 6755 Part 2 and API 607 is available as an option.

The spindle is equipped with a backstop for blowout prevention and the gland is externally adjustable.

Parker’s gauge valves are manufactured from 316 stainless steel as standard, NACE compliant and other types of materials are also available.

Oliver Valve 5 Valve Manifold

 

In addition to the standard isolation needle valve, Oliver valves can provide 2, 3 and 5 valve manifolds for both remote and direct mounting to pressure gauge and pressure differential transmitters. These manifold valves are, as standard rated to 413bar (6000psi) and are available in a range of different materials. Our Needle Valve Manifolds are available in numerous different configurations – including pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-flange and flange-to-flange.

To date, our needle valve manifolds have been used all over the world on both small scale and large scale Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects.

Our customers also benefit from our Needle Valve Manifolds being supplied with mounting bolts and seal rings. In the past, customers have used our Y34 and YV34 manifolds to mount onto Rosemount transmitters and other applications. As with most of Oliver Valves’ range of Needle Valves, we are able to work closely with our customers to design and engineer bespoke manifolds that fit into both new and existing projects.

 

Oliver Valve ‘Y53’ Type 5 valve manifolds are designed for direct mounting to differential pressure transmitters, with separate isolation and vent for LP and HP inlets plus equalising valve for simple calibration.
